Virtual Assistant

Job Description

We’re Social Brew Toronto, a content agency helping online business owners build personal brands without ever recording a single video.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience supporting client-facing teams; prior work in fast-paced agency environments is a valuable asset.

What you'll be doing:

1. Instagram DM management 2. E-mail triage

3. Research (competitors, prospects, audience insights)

4. Booking interviews, meetings, sales calls and managing calendars 5. Building personalized outreach documents for lead generation

4. Following up with leads across channels

5. Light project management (tracking video statuses, deadlines)

6. Uploading content into Google Drive, Notion,

and organizing systems

7. Assisting with onboarding tasks and supporting our founder with day-to-day tasks

8. Assisting our Founder with any ad hoc tasks.

You're a great fit, if you're:

1. Have 1–3 years experience as a VA or operations support

2. Are tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like Notion, Drive, Slack

3. Are highly organized, proactive, and communicate well

4. Understand agency or content workflows

5. Can manage timezones and work independently

Bonus if you:

1. Have worked with content creators, agencies, or SaaS businesses

2. Know how to do basic outreach or CRM work

3. You live & breathe personal branding, content, or AI tools
