Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Social Brew Toronto is looking for a hungry SDR to handle high-volume lead follow-up and qualification calls.

We build 95%-real AI clones and produce short-form video content for busy founders, coaches, and entrepreneurs, so they never have to record themselves.

About the Role

1. Dial 80-100+ interested leads per day from cold email campaigns
2. Run quick screening/qualification calls (5-10 mins)
3. Book qualified prospects onto the founder's calendar
4. Chase warm leads who've shown interest but haven't booked
5. Manage lead pipeline in CRM
This is NOT a closer role. You qualify and screen. The founder closes.

You're a fit if:

1. Based in Egypt, Lebanon, South Africa, or similar timezone-friendly region

2. Fluent English (neutral or British accent preferred)

3. Experience with cold calling or appointment setting

4. You can handle rejection and keep dialing

4. Comfortable working EST hours

Bonus if you have:

1. Experience selling to US/UK/EU markets
2. Background in agency or B2B services
3. Familiarity with coaches, consultants, or personal branding space
