2. Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, retention tactics, and audience psychology.
3. Experience leading a creative/content team (copywriters, editors, strategists).
4. Ability to spot what works vs. what doesn’t in short-form content.
5. Track record of growing accounts or generating measurable results (please include portfolio/examples).
6. Strong copywriting skills — able to step in and write scripts if necessary.
7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
8. Not a fresher — must bring proven experience and results.
