Sales Development Representative & Outreach Specialist

About the Role

Social Brew Toronto is a fast-growing content agency helping online business owners scale their personal brands using AI-powered content systems. We’re looking for a full-time Business Development & Outreach Specialist to lead and execute our Dream 100 outreach system.

You will be responsible for:

• Prospect research

• Creating personalized outreach documents

• Managing follow-up flows

• Booking qualified meetings

• Supporting our client acquisition pipeline

Job Description

The Business Development & Outreach Specialist is responsible for building high-quality outreach assets, managing multi-channel communication flows, pre-qualifying prospects, and booking meetings with high-value leads.

This role is execution-heavy and you will manage daily prospecting operations, build personalized outreach documents, and work across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram to generate new leads and book meetings.

You will directly support Social Brew Toronto’s client acquisition system and work closely with the founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dream 100 Outreach Execution

• Create 10–20 personalized outreach documents per day using templates + AI tools.

• Research each prospect (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Extract insights and write scripts using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Poppy AI).

• Ensure documents are high-quality, accurate, and tailored to each prospect.

• Pre-qualify prospects before document creation.

2. Prospecting & Lead Sourcing

• Source new leads daily who match our ICP.

• Maintain organized pipelines inside Notion CRM.

• Build research summaries for each lead.

3. Multi-Channel Outreach & Follow-ups

• Execute outreach via email, Instagram DMs, and LinkedIn messages.

• Send 200+ follow-ups across multiple sequences daily.

• Execute 7-touch, 13-touch, and long-term follow-up flows.

• Ensure no prospect is left behind — zero missed follow-ups.

4. Meeting Booking & Sales Support

• Book 5–10 qualified meetings per week.

• Pre-qualify prospects before sending them to Calendly.

• Support founder with handoff and pipeline tracking.

• Maintain full CRM hygiene in Notion.

5. Operational Excellence

• Work EST hours to align with U.S. outreach windows.

• Suggest improvements to outreach scripts, systems, templates, and workflows.

• Maintain high output without compromising quality.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Haves

• Strong experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development.

• High attention to detail — flawless execution required.

• Excellent written English.

• Ability to manage 200+ daily follow-ups without errors.

• Strong research skills with ability to analyze social profiles quickly.

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).

• Experience with Notion and Google Sheets.

• Ability to work full-time in EST timezone.

• Operationally strong, organized, and reliable.

Compensation Structure

Full-Time Monthly Salary based on experience and skills.

Performance Bonuses

• Bonus for each qualified booked meeting

• Additional bonus for each closed sale from the qualified meetings booked

Total earning potential scales with performance.
